Hi all, I have the strangest problem I have ever encountered running a Mac. I have a Macpro 3.06 gig 12 core machine with an ATI 5870. I do professional 3D modeling in Lightwave 3D. I have been running Lighwave for the longest time in Yosemite with no issues. A few days ago every time I would save an object, and load it back in Lightwave would crash. So I reinstalled it on an external drive from scratch, and still had the same issue. Finally found out that if I turn off Open GL ACCELERATION the objects load fine. The really strange thing is I have uploaded the objects to other people on the Lightwave forms, and they claim the objects load just fine! I have no trouble running any other program! It's like something happened to my Open GL! I even install El Capitan, and that didn't help! I have no other issues at all! Any ideas? The other strange thing is I installed Lightwave on my wife's brand new MacBook Pro, and I have the same issue on that machine. What the hell could this be?
