iPod touch Need hlp with jailbroken 4g ipod touch

I have an ipod touch 4g that tried to jailbreak . it is running on 4.3 ios but when i tried to jailbreak it with redsn0w i accedently used 4.3.3 ios . when it was completed the cydia app was all white and when i opened it it crashed instantly , my safari app also crashed instantly . so i whent to setting and clicked the "erase all content and settings" . when it rebooted there where no apps , no settings , safari etc.... just a blank screen . when i synce it apps and games will download and work but none of the default programs are there . it wont let me restore or update , ive tried tinyumbrella but i still get error numbers after a few minuets of trying . so please if you have any solutions please tell me !!!!!!
