Hi everyone. I have a panasonic camera that is a year old, I went to download my software to my mac Ibook and the cd is not working can someone please send me a copy of the imagemixer 3 so I can download from my camera to my mac. Or tell me where I could get the software from.

Thanks much

Sharon:(

Also need Imagemixer 3 Mac Edition

Did you get an answer to this? I bought a Pana SDR H20 last year. It has software for PC but NOT Mac. If you go to the Pixela site, you are invited to BUY the app. What a cheek!!

I would also be grateful if anyone could provide the free copy of Imagemixer 3 for Mac that SHOULD be given when you buy the camera.

Many thanks

Can't you just use iPhoto? I've never used any camera software for getting photos down other than iPhoto. If that does not work try Google Picasa (currently in beta for the Mac).

Edit : Nice bump :).

Sharon- a suggestion would be that if the disk originally had the Mac version on it you should contact Pixela to obtain a replacement for your disk at little or no charge.

As for where you can get the software from, it is currently available at Pixela's site for $99 at the link, so if there are any free downloads they are violating the publisher's copyright on it.

Also, after looking at it what exactly is that it offers vs. just importing the footage directly into iMovie??

According to the manual (available here), Mac software should be included. If it is not, you should contact Panasonic.

Requesting pirated versions of the software here is not permitted.

I have the cannon hfs20 it appears the image mixer for mac is gone any suggestions for a software program to upload video from the camera.
