Need iPhone 4S wired headset swith mutable mic

Hi
I often attend business conference calls in which I have to mute the microphone when not speaking, and yet be able to quickly unmute the microphone to respond to questions being asked my way.

I am looking for a wired (non-bluetooth) headset with:
-two headphones
-Mic
-can mute/unmute the mic quickly

It's not for listening to music, so sound quality is of lower importance.
