Ok so I recently got a Macbook and am in the process of switching my library from my G4 to my Macbook. So while doing this I put my whole library onto my external hard drive and start the switch. I did it the right way also by changing the location of the library in prefences and then consolodating the library and then when I switch back to the original library it says in iTunes that every song's origingal file cannot be found. Is there a way to reverse this? Any help is great. Thanks!

Make sure you have the data file and the XML file associated with the original library too. Hold OPTION as you start iTunes on the new Mac and select the new library. :)

Damn I wish I knew that before hand. I just put all my songs on iTunes and will now just manually do it. I couldn't find how to do it anywhere. Thanks for the help thought Ill keep that in my mind for next time.
