Need Kernel Panic Help!!

My iMac keeps giving me the black screen-wipe that freezes me out till I restart. When I get back in my system, it gives me basically the same error message that I see others dealing with. Can anyone help diagnose my problem? Let me just go ahead and say thank you in advance! This is my work computer and I will be lost without it.
