Need little help. 5400 or 7200 disk for new MBP?

bying MBP one of these days and shall have 15" 2,6Ghz and 4 ram.

but not sure about disc?

what is best for me? i use it to blog, net, and iWeb.

lol you do NOT need 2.6, 4GB, 7200 rpm drive, or even a MBP itself to do what you're doing. So either you plan on keeping the system a long time, in which case I still think it doesn't matter for what you're doing, or you are just an enthusiast with money to burn, in which case yeah, trick it out!

get the 5400 rpm and a 2.4 ghz processor.


its pure economics. the cost does not justify the extremely miniscule speed bumps you are getting.
