I bought a used mac (2009 white macbook) and have a copy of lion and mountain lion. I mounted the iso to usb and cd and when i try installing onto a blank new solid state drive i get a black sceen saying boot manager is missing press control alt delete but when i do nothing happens. I have started up holding down c and also d with no results. Whats the possible issue as its not the computer?
