need Mail.app help

[Heart Break Kid]

I use Mail.app as my primary way to send and recieve emails. I would like to do the following;

When I recieve emails from certain people in my addressbook, their full name (first and last) are not shown in the "From" field. Rather, some other name is visible. I would like to know how to get mail to reformat and rename the incoming mail from members of my address book.

ie.

Name in addressbook = James Dean
Name in From field = J. Dean

I would like to rename J.Dean in the from field to James Dean
