Need MAJOR help - system prefrences 10.6.7

Hey guys i really need some help i accidently deleted system preferences on my mac (yes i know really stupid). And now I dont know how to get it back.

I would really appreciate it if someone could please email meor some how send me a copy of their system preferences from their mac version 10.6.7 as I heard this would solve the problem, please.

If you know any other ways to get back system preferences please tell me but right now i really need someone to email it to me.

ah thanks, yes i thought of doing that if all else fails its just i am not the best with computers and have no idea how to do that.
