Need Memory Upgrade for MacBook

I have a White MacBook that i bought last september.
its the 2.4 Ghz CPU, 2GB RAM, 160 HD. (what would it be called? late 2008?)
well... im in need of a slight speed bump in RAM... how much can i add to it? what type of cards? and where/how can i get the cheapest prices?

4Gb of DDR2 is the limit. Buy from Crucial, Newegg or OWC
