I need to upgrade my mac and get the most memory possible. The sites that sell this product make it hard to select as I can't answer their questions. Here is what I have:

Hardware Overview:

Model Name: iBook G4
Model Identifier: PowerBook6,5
Processor Name: PowerPC G4 (1.1)
Processor Speed: 1.07 GHz
Number Of CPUs: 1
L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB
Memory: 512 MB
Bus Speed: 133 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 4.8.5f0
Serial Number: UV4220ZQR72

What do I need and where do I get it?

Thanks

Current memory is--

Currently I have DA1C42101303 256+256 installed.

Got a gigabyte upgrade from ebay for a very decent price. Just search for ibook G4 RAM and it should come up with something. VEry easy to install and made SO SO much difference!
Good Luck

I just installed an MDT PC333 CL 2,5 1024MB SODIMM to my (now my wifes) iBook G4 800MHz. According to Apple it is not possible to use this amount of Ram on the 800 MHz iBook but system profiler shows 1,25 GB Ram. No more BeachBalls. :D
