Need Micro SIM for iPhone?

Hello,

I need to activate an iPhone 4 but don't have a SIM. I've read something about Phonebook SIMS but you need to cut them yourself. Are there any Micro SIMs out there that I can buy without cutting myself? I'd screw it up I'm sure. Just want to get this baby past the activation process so it can be used like an ipod touch at least...

New iPhones come with a micro sim. In the US, AT&T stores also have micro sims. Not sure if they will give you one without having a plan.
