Need mortgage amortization software recommendation

I'm looking for a software program that can do various mortgage amortizations, 10, 15 30 year. Has anyone had any experience with a amort program they would recommend? Does not have to be sophisticated.

Gotta be plenty of these calculators online as applets.

Along with Excel or Numbers files that will do the same. Excel (at least the Windows version) used to have a pre-built form for this.

Numbers '09 has a built-in mortgage template too.
