Need mucho help with keychain

My system.keychain won't let me in. In keychain access.app all it asks for is an admin password (I put it in and all is fine). But when ever an app tires to access it (Internet Connect) I get a window asking for the keychain password, I put it in and it says it's invalid. How do I reset the password?
