I have want to download music videos in either the formats stated in the title, or else download them in another format and convert them. I know how to download videos off youtube and stuff into .flv format, but can only convert those to mp4. Anyone have any ideas or good programs to use?

Try VisualHub or FFmpegX. They can convert just about from any format to any format. Neither are free, though. You can still try the trial to see if it works for you.
