Need old Keychain from TimeMachine on new Mac

Backed up my Sierra install with Time Machine. Did clean install with Mojave. How can I import old Time Machine keychain into my new Mojave install? I looked at Migration Assistant - but I don't want all the clutter - is there any way to pick just keychain stuff without the whole home folder?

Is there a way just to import from my Mojave keychain.app?

This method worked in the past, it has been a long time & I have not tried it with Mojave.

Thanks for the links! That last link - Part 1 Manually copying keychain files and then adding them with Keychain.app looks like the one for me? Also detailed here. Wondering - if I just want Safari passwords - do I need to add both metadata and login keychains - or just the metadata one?

Safari just use "login keychain" for its passwords.

You can have both keychains (old and new) always present on keychain, if you want. Or just drag the itens and unify them manually.

Safari passwords are also a kind of keychain item that can be backed up on iCloud, if you wish. You can do this by dragging itens to the iCloud Login keychan itens, and choose to copy them.
Safari reads both [icloud keychain login itens] and [local login itens] to find the needded password
