Hey, I am looking for an interface with 2 xlrs, phantom power, guitar input and headphone jack, and 24 bit. I would just be recording guitar and vocals. I have been looking at the tascam 122mkII but it seems that there are lots of compatibility issues with snow leopard. I am using a MBP 13" with the i5. Any ideas? My budget is about $200

No financial interest in the following ad, but it looks to be a decent deal. Particularly nice is that it comes bundled with CubaseLE, which is good recording software:

Take a look at the Mackie Blackjack. Seems like a pretty solid interface (metal construction). 2 input, 2 output - both inputs have XLR/phantom, or you can switch them to be hi-Z/guitar.
You don't say whether you need both the mic inputs and the guitar at the same time?
