Need Parallels/VMWare Help

I have Windows 7 on a Boot Camp partition on a separate hard drive which runs fine when booting into Boot Camp. But when I run it w/i Parallels or VMWare Fusion I get constant BOD with IRQL_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL message. I was finally able to figure out if I run the Windows 7 in Safe mode that Parallels would be stable. The question is: what is the process to see which device driver is the offender?
