Need preview button in Entourage 2008's toolbar

I need an icon-button in Entourage 2008's toolbar that toggles
previewing a message, either below or to the right.

I know about command-backslash (\), but I'd rather have
a single mouse click option.

Anybody got any ideas!

You can only add items to the tool bar that are available under Customize Toolbar.

No, you cannot customize the toolbar with a third party app.

You do know that Entourage 2008 is End of Life software?
