Need quick advice on mbp!

I just received this refurbished mbp model from ups today. G0M1DLL I paid 1650.
I could get this open box one MD035LL/A for 1560.
The differences are 2.2 6mb vs 2.3 8mb and 500gb 7200rpm vs 750gb 5400rpm.
Should I keep or should a return and get the second one?

Would your computational needs profit from the 100 MHz increase and the bigger, but slightly slower HDD?

Then the machine currently in your possession will fit your needs quite well.

So I opened up my refurbished mbp and it came with 8gb of ram... Score!! Its screaming fast so I am going to stick with this mbp thanks for the advice everyone!
