I'd be tempted to give it a miss, to be honest. Who knows what damage whatever knock caused that dent has resulted in?

You're not getting any install disks with it either, which might be an issue if you need to reinstall the OS...
 
If it was me, I'd get a new MacBook for an extra £100 or so, or a refurb for even cheaper, rather than some broken, heavily dented machine from someone who won't even offer PayPal and some form of buyer protection. Avoid.

I can't stand sales with reserves or only buy it now prices.

I already have a Macbook 1.83 C2D. I just want a Macbook Pro for the dedicated graphics, aluminated keyboard and better screen.
