Need Quick Help with my JB 3G

I have a 3g in which I JB and unlocked before I sold it to someone. That person ended up not paying, causing me to take the phone back. My question is how can I erase all of the data that was left on the phone by that person while keeping it JB and unlocked?

Do a clean restore to whatever firmware you choose, 3.1.2 or 3.1.3. No hashes are needed. Choose set up as new.

You can't delete everything and keep the jb and unlock You gotta restore it and jb and unlock it again.
