Crucial, OWC/Macsales and Trans Int'l (no particular order of preference) are all very reputable US-based Mac memory vendors. You can't really go wrong with any of those.

The last two times I bought Mac memory, I went through Trans Int'l because they had the best pricing both times. All three vendors I mentioned sell modules to the correct specs with lifetime warranties, so I would probably go with whatever is the best deal.
