Need Recommendation for Calendar App that allows continuous alarm

The alarm in the calendar on the I-phone is terrible. It just beeps once and stops. I am looking for a calendar application that will have the alarm beep continuously (like in the alarm clock app) until I turn it off.

Do you have any suggestions?

I keep missing appointments.
