I use the iOS Reminders app as my to-do list because it allows me to set notifications to actually remind me to do task A, B C etc. (I forget many things frequently...any goo memory improvement apps?). This may or may not be the best way to manage a task list but it works for me to some degree... The problem is when I am at work. I'm not allow to have my phone in the area where I work so I don't get the reminders until I leave for a break or lunch etc. but I almost constant email access during this time on my company machine. I'm looking for an app, or website, that allows me to enter a task then at say 15 min prior to task time it sends me an email reminder. I would prefer an app that I could use on my phone that syncs with a web service. I would prefer free. The solution has to work when phone is off or in airplane mode. I don't want to use an app on the company machine. Any suggestions?
