I am on a early 2009 OS X running el capitan, I started running into some issues after updating to el Capitan, mainly Creative Cloud not wanting to launch, so I created another user, then logged back into CC and my CC applications worked fine under this new user.
I am however, having another issue. When I am in the new user I created, some applications will not launch without a serial #, including Corel Painter and Studio Artist. Some will launch without asking for a serial, such as Microsoft Word.
Now, granted, I should have written down all of my serials, but I did not. I have over 100 applications/programs that I utilize monthly for different tasks.
Can someone walk me through why some programs are asking for a serial and some are not, and is there a way to remedy this? I can't keep switching back and forth between users to run programs, and I can't run CC under my old user.
I'd appreciate any help in resolving this issue-thanks!
