Need Serious QuickSilver Help!

I just downloaded and installed Quicksilver directly from the Blacktree website but I am having multiple problems already. First off, when I launch it from my Applications folder, I cannot launch the program from my hotkey that I just set. I press the key combo but nothing happens. Also, does anyone know where I could get the DeMinimizer and Image Manipulation Actions plugins for QuickSilver?
