Need short 9 to 6 firewire

I'm looking for a short 9 to 6 pin firewire.

They seem non existent in UK

seen in us a 30cm/12inch cable that be perfect but after shipping and import it not cost effective.

anyone know of UK stock?

I rediscovered a firwire DVD drive and bought a few months back 1 thunderbolt to lan and 1 thunderbolt to firewire adaptor.

I have a 9 to 6 cable but it 2meters long!
That fine to connect my imac to other macs but not to use a portable DVD drive!

it is 1 meter long still and expensive.
We sell out 9 to 6 at work for 9.99 and it is 1.8/2 meters long.

I get these at cost from work (3.95)
I want a really sort one lest than half meter is possible.
I have seen 30cm but only in states for some reason.

I found plenty 1m or more.
I want sorter ones so will roll up and fit in my case.

Less bulk the better.
