Need some help on fixing some font trouble

Ok so i got MacFont 1 & 2, and installed them both on my computer. But when i was done i forgot that i wanted to put them in a separate collection. what can i do to move them over to a separate collection with out moving them one by one. there is about 2000 of them and that will take a long time to move. i have tried to jest drag the file to the new collection but that does nothing. is there any thing i can do to make this go faster. i know i can jest go and delete them out of my user but there is a lot of ether fonts i have put in there also. what if i trashed my hole font folder in my home folder and restored it with a TM one?
 
Ok so what i have come up with is, getting all of my user fonts from TM and now i am going to delete all of the user fonts form font book and put all of my old fonts back and all of my new fonts in the collection i wanted to put them in.
