Need some help on which Imac to get.

I will be getting a Imac soon. right now I will be getting this for everyone to use in the house and was wondering if the 20" Imac with 128 vidram (or if I need the 256mb version) will play WoW as my little brother has gotten into playing WoW on my MBP.

this will be for surfing the web and playing WoW and some home office stuff.

the 128 video card should be adequate even with the World of Warcraft gaming.

I have a 20" Core 2 Duo with 128 MB VRAM and it plays World of Warcraft fine. I stopped playing it before the multi-threaded OpenGL patch was released so you can expect your results to be better than mine, for me at the iMacs native 1680x1050 I was getting around 60 FPS outside and 150+ FPS inside with everything nearly on full. I tweaked the settings a bit and can't remember what I settled on. Anywho go for it you'll be happy with the WoW performance.

You may want to consider the 24" for some future proofing. Those come with removeable GPUs.

The extra 128K of VRAM helps very little with games.

keep in mind this is for my little brother who is almost 18 and keeps using my MBP for his WoW gaming, I dont mind him using my MBP for his gaming but I think he should have his own so when I take my MBP with me somewhere he has his own to use. and the 24 inch is out of the question I am not paying that much so he can have a bigger screen than me and better graphics .

The standard 20" iMac (with 128MB of VRAM) would work great for your brother Reaver.

I think you'd be just fine if you bought the 20" iMac with 128MB VRAM. However, keep in mind that the VRAM is one of the parts of the iMac that you will not be able to replace in the future, if another game requires more.

The only thing really holding your Mac Mini back is it's GMA950 graphics, having a dedicated GPU (such as the ATI Radeon X1600) can make a world of difference when it comes to gaming.
