Need some help with my Power Mac Freezing

Hey all i bought an 800mhz power mac g4 off of ebay about a month ago. i got rid of my windows machine and started using this full time. I have a few questions reguarding this. First is that some sites make this freeze. Like i will be on craigslist and see someone trying to scam someone and try to flag it but then the computer just has the spinning disc and stays that way. It will also do that on cardomain too. Not sure if it's because of the low amount of ram or just the way the sites are. I have 256 running 10.3.9 If someone can help me find some ram on a site that would be cool or if someone knows why this is happening that would also be cool. Also is there a way to put a shortcut to my homepage on the top of the menu bar? so i don't have to always type it in. Lastly i bought a pro style keyboard and the keys seem to be hard to press is this normal? is there a better keyboard out there? Thanks to any and all advice.
