So, I was messing around with my preferences app, and decided to try to change a string to something else. Well, now none of the string under the preferences menu will load. They just show up as the variable names (ex. DND_TOP_LEVEL). Is there any chance I could get someone to email me the WYWAAppDetail~iphone.strings file from their iPhone 5 iOS 6.1 Preferences.app/English.lproj folder? Or does anyone know how to fix this?

Since no one knows exactly what you added/removed, it would be difficult for us to fix it.
Mu guess is, you will need a restore.
But you learned a valuable lesson, always save a copy of the default file when doing this.
