ok so I was having a problem with adding sources because of a couple of messed up sources that were keeping me from adding new ones. I tried deleting the cache several times but then i accidently deleted all sources even the ones that are preloaded. Now i cant get them back and when I try to add a new source then cydia crashes when I click add source. What do I do now?

unless you feel like doing some serious hacking; no matter what iPhone model or fw you're running your only real viable option is to Restore and re-jailbreak.
