ok so i work in a computer lab. I have all my computers hooked up through remote desktop so i can help people and fix/update the computers. lately however i have been having a problem with people printing in the lab. They tend to print too much on our printer and we dont have the budget to keep purchasing supplies. I was wondering if anyone knew of any software that would require all the computers to get permission from me to print at the printer. If i could somehow see what they were printing first before it went to the printer. also...it would be great if it was free too. but i can also do something cheap if need be. Thanks guys.
