Need something to "loop back" my microphone sound IN REAL TIME!

Hiiiii avray bawdy!

I have a MacBook and I need to be able to hear myself talk IN REAL TIME! ZERO DELAY! I get very lonely in my mother's basement and I need to have someone to talk to so basically I'd like to talk into my mic but hear me speaking to me at the SAME TIME!

Any idea how to loop back the sound that goes into my mic to my headphones?
