need something to parse xml file/itunes library

Basically what I want to do.. i have my itunes library xml.. and I want to isolate all the tracks with a 'location' key that is on drive E and save it as a new file. i would think this should be straightforward, but itunes itself can't show the 'location' and no xml editors i've been looking at seem to have a sort of table view where i can sort by different attributes.. just the straight up text content in order of record.

does anyone know of a program that'd be able to do this easily?

any buddy? :(
