I am looking for a high-quality but straightforward app to display a world atlas or map which I can zoom in to see the city names. Should have a search function for countries or cities. It is for use as a reference, NOT as a travel GPS app. Must be able to use entirely offline (that is, all of the maps data must be accessible offline).
Long ago I used National Geographic Atlas, but this app had long been discontinued by NG.
Downloaded a few other ones on App Store. So far very disappointed in all of them.
Can someone suggest an app that fits the above needs.
