Need those sources!

I now have a jailbroken 1.1.3 ipod touch and have lost all my apps etc. So i need them back and that mean installing them but i need the sources so can someone provide me the sources for the following

Mail, maps, weather etc
smb preferences
customize
i physics

also how do i save my bookmarks on the ipods menu?

1.1.1 and 1.1.2 apps repo - no longer active



iphysics - install the community sources from installer

smbprefs - try looking in installer for summerboard

Also on iphysics i have that now but when i had it on 1.1.2 in istaller i could download all the extra levels how can i do that now?

In customize how come if I want to change the words from like "slide to power of" to " bye bye" it doesn't work???
