I messed up my EFI partition. I can now only boot in to Windows. I have mounted my OS X drive in Windows and I am now backing up all of my files. Where does Photos store all of my Photos?

Edit: I found the location. It's in /Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary
With Paragon HFS+ the back up files are not displayed. With the bootcamp HFS driver the back up files are displayed. The problem here is that the bootcamp HFS driver is read only...

I'm pretty sure you mean ~/Pictures/Photos Library.photoslibrary. The leading slash means off root, not off your user directory. Can you get at this with the terminal interface?
