Hello,
I wanna burn some 150+Gbs on DVDs.. A film collection.
After burning some 50GBs using Toast (just dragged and dropped and pressed burn and kept feeding it discs until it had enough of them)...
Now I see that Toast uses some weird archiving system, which demands me to put numbers on discs and makes all the DVDs (avi files) useless as a medium to use with DVD player of my Home Cinema. Toast also transformed all the files on DVDs into some new type of file (looks like NNN.avi.yyy with "yyy" being some special extension for that archiving system).. Now to watch any of those movies I need to put the DVD back into my MBP, run Toast and unarchive the contents of the DVD onto the drive... Which gets me just to my starting point.
So..
Is there any program which can burn that much data on many discs, without splitting the files or adding some strange extensions? Just select the files, click burn and keep feeding it with discs until everything is transported onto DVDs untouched, as it was?
THanks!
P.S. So many words for such a little problem
