iPhone 13 Pro Max Need to change pick up location to an Apple store near home, but was unable to

I noticed there're inventory available to pick up today from an Apple store next to my home. I have a pick up scheduled with another store 30 miles away. I tried this morning to modify the order or to cancel it altogether, but was not able to. They said the order was an IUP order so it's tied with Citizen One, and they've already charged the pay-up payment on my current 12pro max. Anyone had experience dealing with this before?
