iPod touch Need to contact Apple

I was on the phone with Apple Care iPod support got directed to Apple Product Advisory hanged up cause on hold forever so what's the direct number for Product? To call back when no busy.

I think you need go through the same number and be a little bit more patient.

Rats cause I first used my regular phone after 15+ on hold with Apple care I told to them to call my cell cause my regular landline was no more battery. So they called cell phone then got transfered to the department I wanted and after 15+ of finding someone with no luck could not get through I hang up cause my cell minutes were eaten.

This in in regards to a problem I posted on this board today about iPod freezing.
