I would appreciate it if someone could tell my of a freeware conversion software that will allow me to convert my MPEG4 Video file from my Mac to window media player, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You cannot convert files to .wmv format without reaching into your wallet. You need the paid version of Flip4Mac in conjunction with QuickTime Pro.
