Like my backups and registration info and all that? I obviously have to completely re-install iTunes (and everything else, stupid Trojan Horses), so do I just loose all my backups and synchs? And will it matter that I will know have an iTunes that I didn't activate/register my phone with (even though it's on the same PC I used to do it)? I ask because I know iTunes is all about licenses and all that, and likes to just remove stuff from iPods/iPhones that connect to it with different files than the ones in it's library. I don't want to reconnect my phone (or normal iPod for that matter) to the newly installed iTunes and have it just wipe my devices.
