I had two icons on myiMac desktop running lion. One was TieMachime and the other was TimeMachine Backups 1. I accidentally ejected the TimeMachine Backups 1 and now I can get into TimeMachine. I get an errors saying the disk cannot be found.

I can I regain access and not lose all my backups?

Select Time Machine menu > Open Time Machine Preferences…
Click "Select Disk…"
Choose the drive where your backups are stored, then click “Use Backup Disk”
