Need to get Nvida 4800 working on MacPro2,1

Hi,

Any suggestions?
I use FCP and Premiere, Premiere CS5 uses Cuda.
I could also use a Nvidia GeForce GTX 285 if that will work, but I hear MacPro2,1 will not work with any good graphic card.

I hope I don't have a MACPRO Boat Anchor on my hands!
