I have looked and i am sorry if i didnt see this posted already but i have a question. Say if i get a new ipod with songs on it and i want to transfer them over to my library. How would i do that. The last time i did that with my shuffle, it deleted every song i had. I got a new computer so i stuck it in and they were deleted.
Any help will be appreciated.
And sorry if this was answered before.
Thanks in advance!

It depends on what sort of computer you have. If it's a PC, then enable the viewing of hidden files and literally drag the song files back from the iPod and into iTunes. If it's a Mac, try using an app like Senuti. Of course, when you plug the iPod into the new machine it'll ask if you want to sync libraries. Don't allow this to happen. :)

thanks, i have a pc and i think i did press sync libraries.
Is there any way to get back any of the old songs that i had purchased on itunes? And i have tried the check store for purchases but my older songs dont come up.
Thanks for the help!
