New to Mac-need to know if there is a way to delete the contents of the All Mail box for GMail?
I have tried to delete all mail once placed in the trash file.When I refresh it shows deleted but when I exit Mail and launch the program again all the deleted mail shows up again in the All Mail folder.I will look into Gmail to see if they have a solution.

Selecting all mail and deleting them doesn't work?
