Need to make a DVD Presentation - What Applications?

Hi,

Never done a presentation on a mac and seeing as I have my new MBP I thought I would do it on that. The Presentation is going to have a short video introducing myself (with audio) and then a kind of slide show of the images I have produced. What I am not sure on is what application to use (I have Iworks 06)? Also this presentation has to go onto a CD/DVD so that I can hand it out to people, thus it has to be able to play on Windows etc.

Sounds like something that can easily be done with iMovie and iDVD

yeah iMovie / iDVD can make a really good looking DVD with very little effort, always impresses my family.
